You don’t have to be psychic to see that the cost of healthcare is going to be the next great crisis. If you haven’t seen your health insurance premiums skyrocket, chances are someone in your immediate circle has.

Yes our politicians are saying they are going to fight for our access to affordable healthcare, but rather than placing all our hope on their efforts (I personally have no more hope to give), it’s time to start taking action ourselves.

There are obviously things you can do in the physical world i.e. save more money, compare health insurance policies, pray. And by all means do them. You’ll find a lot of blogs and substacks that will tell you how to do that. But I want to focus on the metaphysical things we can do.
